Tracking Numbers

All items are sent tracked, your tracking will be emailed to you. You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website. Address Accuracy Please check and double check your address is correct. Include all street numbers, unit numbers, floors + company names where applicable. We suggest including a mobile phone number so we can contact you quickly if there are any problems. If an order is returned to us for an incorrect shipping address, the re-posting fee is AU$20 to cover the return shipping we are charged as well as the cost to resend. Thank you for your understanding!



EXCHANGES/ RETURNS



-Exchanges or store credits available for items returned within 30 days.


-If you choose a store credit or exchange you will not be charged for the return shipping label and your return shipping on an exchange will be free!


-Please note that due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange.


-We cannot set items aside for exchanges.


-Any exchanges requested where we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a store credit or refund.


-Discounted items 50% off or above can be returned for an exchange or store credit.


-We only offer one free exchange, after that shipping will be charged.


-Underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
